Morrison Chandler

I enjoyed my time at the Morrison apartments I lived there for 2 years. I always felt safe and the grounds were always well maintained. The front office was responsive for any requests or questions and very fair, I greatly appreciated that. Lastly, a huge shoutout to the maintenance team! They are simply the best, personable and efficient. I recommend anyone to this community.

I was a pleasure calling Morrison Chandler my home for almost 3 years. And honestly sad to leave. I experienced staff/management changes throughout my stay and here every single person that worked here was absolutely amazing! All staff including maintenance was friendly, caring, professional, and communicative. I never once felt like they did not care about my concerns. They do their best to work with you no matter what the concern and typically that’s un heard of. Working in customer service and property management I’m sure can be very stressful, and it takes a special type of person to be able to maintain professionalism and good/positive attitude. I really really appreciate everyone at Morrison chandler you all are amazing and I hope you know the effort you put in does not go unnoticed. This not only a great location to love because of staff, amenities etc. But it’s close to so many stores, you have literally have everything you need all in one area. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, luxury apartment I would highly recommend Morrison Chandler!!! 💚

My husband and I have been living here for about 1 1/2 years. I some how stumbled upon the 3.8 rating last night and went down the rabbit hole reading all of the negative reviews and I'm honestly STUNNED! I've been living in apartments for about 10 years so I'm pretty familiar with what's normal and what isn't normal and I have to tell you... some of the reviews I read made me literally LOL. I'll try to hit a few points from some of the reviews I saw. NOISE I think it should be said that if you choose to live in an apartment complex, noise is inevitable. I chose to live on the 3rd floor away from the pool area and street so that I could avoid noise as much as possible. But to be honest, this complex is still by far the best I've ever experienced at blocking out noise. That doesn't mean it's not there, but there is a marked difference when you open your sliding glass door to your patio and closing it. I think I can count on one hand the number of times I've heard my neighbors on our neighboring walls. You do hear the occasional dog go crazy or a neighbor slam their door loud, but again... that's normal. From what I read, it does sound like the apartments above the garages have it the worst. So maybe try and avoid those. And I know that the restaurant across from Chandler Blvd can be pretty loud with their music on some nights so maybe avoid that side also. BUGS I've NEVER seen a bug in our apartment in the year and a half we've been here. Maybe the occasional cricket outside? But again, I chose to live on the 3rd floor to avoid bugs as much as possible. MANAGMENT We LOVED our old management team. They knew us by name and were always so kind, friendly and always helpful. That's one of positive things I always mentioned to friends and family because most of the time I feel like apartment management in general is ROUGH. I haven't gotten to know anyone on the new team yet, but they seem nice enough. Hopefully they'll keep the same standards. Management changes are pretty common in apartment complexes and I find that people generally just don't like change. There is always a little bit of a rough transition, but I feel like Mark Taylor did a pretty good job transitioning. CRIME Apparently there have been a few incidents recently where the cops had to come deal with residents and maybe even a death was involved? But I'm not sure how that's the complex's fault. I've NEVER felt unsafe here and the whole complex in general is really well lit at night. The surrounding area itself is pretty clean and safe. Someone mentioned homeless people? I'm actually confused by this because I've never seen a homeless person near or in our complex. DOGS This is a pet friendly complex so there are a lot of dogs and unfortunately, not all dog owners are very considerate of others and there is often times dog poop that isn't cleaned up. This is probably one of my biggest complaints about the complex, but it could be worse. That's not to say that maintenance doesn't clean dog poop, but sometimes you see it before they do. INTERIOR I literally cannot believe that there were reviews of "cheap appliances". First of all, it's an apartment complex. Not sure if they were expecting state of the art appliances? But as far as these ones go, they look VERY nice and are very functional. It's nice to have a fridge in an apartment that has an ice machine and filtered water. I attached pictures to show you. I even saw that someone mentioned that the interior paint looks cheap? What the what??? lol Seriously... the interior of the entire complex looks VERY clean, modern, polished and NOT cheap. The layout itself is AMAZING. SOO much space in the kitchen and bathroom. We don't walk on the bedroom carpet with shoes on so our carpet has stayed very nice and clean. The walkways to the apartments could use a good power wash, but other than that I find it to be a very clean and impressive complex! We're for sure going to be sad to leave when our lease is up!! We LOVE It here!

We have lived here for 2 years, and we would continue to renew if we weren’t moving out of state! Management is extremely helpful and quickly responds to any question or need. We did feel like some of our noise or smoking complaints didn’t lead to solutions, as no one was ever confronted that we know of (besides mass email reminders) and issues continued throughout the complex. The maintenance team responds in a timely manner to maintenance requests. We did have some wiring issues in our kitchen and bedroom area, but the team was very kind and accommodating to let us use a vacant unit to store our food while things were being fixed. The dog park is great, the gym is convenient and clean, and the pool was nice when it was working (frequent issues with the spa area). Some rust and other wall damage looked painted over, but overall the unit was clean and move-in ready when we arrived. The location is a huge benefit: close proximity to Target, Costco, Walmart, etc. Overall, Morrison Chandler was a great fit for us and we recommend it.

The staff is amazing! "These are great apartments in a great area 2 minutes from great restaurants and shopping stores and the Chandler Mall. Karina in the leasing office has helped me with my tour of the place and transition she was very professional. Returned phone calls and went out of her way to help with any questions as well as other office staff. Maintenance is always available and quick to respond to any issues and everyone i met in the community are always friendly. I have loved my short time here and will always recommend it to others." Morrison has been a great place to live the past six months! They have great amenities, the grounds are always kept clean and apartments are modern, clean and well laid out! The girls are the office are also so accommodating and helpful! Kelsey has gone above and beyond to help me with anything I needed and ALWAYS follows up, keeping me in the loop. She's super fast to respond, nice and always professional!
